Shipping & Handling
Most orders are shipped within 3 business days. We recommend you contact us
if you have not received your parcel within 10 business days. We strive to keep our
shipping and handling rates as cost effective as possible and ship in flat rate envelopes
and boxes whenever possible.
We only ship using the United States Postal Service (USPS).
Long-Arm Quilting Shipping Instructions
1.) If your quilt or backing has a top please clearly identify with paper or tape
marked TOP and attached to each.
2.) Top must be clean. Pressing your quilt and clipping stray threads is recommended.
The better prepared your quilt is, the better your finished quilt will look.
3.) If you supply batting and/or backing please keep top, batting and backing separate.
Both batting and backing must be at least 4" larger on all sides and be sure backing
is squared off and even.
(example: If quilt top is 81"x96" backing after squared off must be at least 89"x104")
4.) Every effort will be made to ensure that your quilt is as wrinkle and pleat free as your piecing allows.
5.) Borders that do not lay flat WILL cause tucks, pleats and fullness around the edge of your completed quilt.
6.) We always recommend using a compatible color thread on the back of your quilt.
7.) Complete Long-arm Service Order Form and include with quilt along with deposit.
8.) It is ALWAYS a good idea to contact us one week after mailing to make sure we have received your quilt.
9.) PATTi’S QUiLTING & FABRiCS reserves the right to refuse certain brands/types
of batting. We are happy to return the product to you and you may choose a
replacement batting from our shop inventory.
10.) Any questions concerning your completed quilt must be addressed within 30 days
of receipt of quilt.
